The findings report is delivered exclusively to you and is never shared, referenced, or used in any marketing material without your written permission. What does the Private Consultant engagement involve?+
A retained engagement means I become your ongoing private household consultant. This includes staff strategy and human capital advisory, implementation of a digital operations manual, privacy and security architecture, legal risk management, and direct access to me as situations arise. The structure of each engagement is agreed individually. Minimum engagement is three months, starting at $25,000 per month.
Do you travel outside NJ and NY?+
Yes. Travel within the tri-state area is included in audit engagements. Travel costs for engagements outside the tri-state area are discussed and confirmed during the scoping conversation. The digital products are relevant nationwide, though the state-specific supplements are written for NJ and NY — principals in other states should have those sections reviewed by local counsel.
